Community Veterinary Center knows it is sometimes difficult to take time off to make an appointment for your pet. We can handle drop off appointments for our established clients for special situations.

Care for your pet is complicated when we have questions and cannot reach you in a timely fashion, so please fill out this form -- which you can download by clicking here -- to make it easier for us to care for your pet during its stay with us.

If a friend or relative is dropping your pet off, please provide them with the required information.

Please be advised there will be a charge for a day’s board in addition to the exam and treatment fees.
